“Good Bones” is a multimedia outdoor spectacle of shadow puppetry and projections that celebrates everyday stories of perseverance and evolution connected by one Detroit building.
“Good Bones” projects a neighborhood’s collected stories larger than life on the wall, in the windows and down the sidewalk with beauty, surprise, humor, and respect.
A city is layered with overlapping and contradictory experiences; “Good Bones” peels back some of the layers, making visible the human stories that define it.
We are pleased to announce that “Good Bones” is a Detroit Knight Arts Challenge Winner!
Thanks to the support of our generous community and the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation for helping us dream bigger.
